Hey Coffee Peeps, thanks for your wonderful and constructive comments! From the ski hill to the Post Office I am stopped and asked about our coffees. We have even had some suggestions that we took and applied to our roasts. SO WE ARE LISTENING TO YOU. :) Our style is different than Star Horse and Kicking Bucks but that is our signature. And its OK. Coffee like wine, movies etc is a matter of preference and must be respected. Keep the feedback coming. It makes us a better roaster for YOU!

Hi there. I've had my second cup of coffee from your Bear 64 beans. I got them at Nesters. Just want to say that it is really great to have FRESH beans available here now. Really nice and I can tell that they are fresher than pretty much everything else in town. I'm just about to head out on a solo 5 month long horseback trip from SW Alberta north following the front ranges of the rockies... I will for sure buy a couple bags of your beans to take along with me before I leave on Sunday and look forward to getting more when I am back in Banff in October. All the best. Catherine

- Norm, We wanted to thank you for the great lesson on how to roast coffee. It was an eye opener and we didn't mind the minutes of silence while you we're intently watching the dials! We've now finished the Bear 64 (my personal favorite) and the medium roast Mexican blend which Lawrence preferred because of its unique flavor.
